The best commercial transaction I’ve ever been involved in.
Installation of our battery was fast, quiet and efficient. The installers tidied up after themselves & removed every single thing they had used. My dogs didn’t even bark at them! Quite an achievement!
As promised, the monitoring software link was sent to me the very next day and what I didn’t know was how very very useful it would be.
I am now able to track the household usage every day. I can predict what my bill will be. I can work out from the hourly graphs which appliances are the most energy hungry and arrange their use appropriately.
I am now working on determining when would be the best time to get an additional battery.

M Wilson My system was switched off by an inspector for not meeting the correct standards, it was really disappointing because the company that installed my system was no longer operating and left my warranty up in the air. I contacted Solar Service Group that were able to assist me over the phone and had a technician out the next day. Not only did they offer great advice, they updated faulty cabling and swapped a recalled component of my solar system that was deemed a fire hazard. The team over the phone and the technician were helpful and their price was extremely competitive. I am very pleased they were able to get my system up and running and I have the peace of mind that my solar system is safe and updated. I could not recommend Solar Service Group enough and will definitely be using them for my ongoing servicing.

I had the system serviced and brought up to current Australian standards. The service took 3 to 4 hours and there did not appear to be any problems. Power has been reliable since and there have been no dropouts. Customer service and support has been good.

We had a battery storage unit installed. there have been no dropouts. We were very satisfied with the service provided. The tradesmen who installed it were very friendly and helpful. we are that happy with the system that we will probably consider installing another battery unit in the future.

Going green, using solar energy before it goes to the grid, the little Endone battery came at a price I could afford. Installed promptly by polite workers, followed by monthly detailed
reports of function, with after sales service and care.

We had an existing system updated to be able to add batteries. We have not had any electrical issues since with the update. They came when they said they would and did what was agreed for both the service of the unit and the update. We now have the ability to see via a phone app our solar information. Would recommend their Solar Service

I actually found Solar Service Group on google when i started my battery research. We spoke to a number of different companies before making our decision, but ultimately I found the account manager I spoke with here to be the most informed and pleasant to deal with. Pricing was competitive and the technician was friendly and happy to chat with me and my wife. We are really happy with our decision and ultimately our purchase.

Received a letter from this company. Thought it was another scam but followed it up with a phone call anyway. They visited my house, upgraded my 5kW system and installed a brilliant storage solution!! Saving again. Happy as Larry!

I have had a single solar battery storage supplied and installed .the technicians were extremely polite and courteous they answered all and any questions I put to them relating to the system.The system is working well and have had no issues ,we waited for about three weeks for installation and was well worth it now being able to see exactly how much power is being stored generated and consumed.
The customer service is great. I would have no hesitation in recommending this product and company to anyone
